The National Weather Service is forecasting a sunny-but-not-too-warm weekend at Ocean City.
Sunday is expected to see a high of 75 degrees in Baltimore and 68 degrees in Ocean City.
Winds are expected to be strong and gusty. A 15-20 mph breeze with gusts up to 30 mph are expected Sunday, calming to about 10-15 mph breezes Monday.
Skies are expected to be mostly sunny to partly cloudy, keeping things from getting too cold on the beach.
Water temperatures are around 60 degrees, only warm enough for the hardiest swimmers and those in wet suits.
Ocean City officials say they are ready for the summer season. The town spent $1.1 million on cleanup after Hurricane Sandy struck in October, including repairs to the heavily damaged fishing pier, slated to open Friday.
