Mild weather is in the forecast Tuesday, with a foggy start and chance of showers later.
The National Weather Service is forecasting a high approaching 60 degrees after a start to the day around 50, with lows in the upper 30s Tuesday night. Mostly cloudy skies are expected with a chance of showers in the afternoon.
Windy conditions could also develop by the afternoon, with sustained breezes around 15 mph and gusts up to 30 mph.
A dense fog advisory for Baltimore and Anne Arundel, Howard, Carroll, Baltimore and Harford counties was lifted around 3 a.m. Tuesday.
A gradual chill is ahead, with highs forecast to drop to the lower 50s Wednesday and Thursday and then to the lower 40s Friday and Saturday.
