Ending a stretch of cool weather, more typical August weather is forecast Tuesday with increased humidity and highs in the upper 80s.
Sunny to partly cloudy skies are expected. Dew points are forecast in the mid-60s, a return to a somewhat uncomfortable level.
The pattern is forecast to continue for the rest of the week, with highs around 90 degrees and humidity.
Storms are possible Thursday and Friday.
