Sunshine, highs in upper 40s Friday

Clear, sunny skies with temperatures in the 30s and 40s are forecast Friday in the Baltimore area.

Highs are expected in the upper 40s after starting off the morning cold, in the upper 20s. Calm winds are expected throughout the day.

For the weekend, a mild Saturday is expected before rain chances Sunday. Highs are forecast in the lower 50s Saturday with lows around 40 degrees.

Sunday could hover around the 40-degree mark throughout the day, with showers likely in the morning and afternoon.

Cold is forecast to return next week, with wind chills and lows possibly in the teens by Tuesday and highs in the 30s.
