Sunshine, highs in mid-60s forecast Monday

Seasonable temperatures are forecast Monday with highs in the mid-60s and sunny skies.

Another chilly start to the day was expected, with overnight lows in the mid-30s in the suburbs and around 40 degrees downtown.

Mostly sunny skies are forecast to warm things up.

Tuesday and Wednesday could bring gradually increasing clouds with lows in the mid-40s to lower 50s and highs around the lower 60s.

Warmer temperatures are forecast for Halloween on Thursday, reaching the upper 60s with cloudy skies. Some rain showers are expected overnight, arriving after trick-or-treating hours.

More showers and mild temperatures are forecast Friday.
