Scattered showers, possible storms forecast Friday

A wet and gloomy Friday is forecast in the Baltimore area with chances for scattered showers and possibly thunderstorms expected.

Highs are forecast around 60 degreees after temperatures were expected to drop into the 40s overnight.

An east wind of 15-20 mph was expected.

After scattered showers in the morning hours, isolated storms are possible in the afternoon.

Skies are expected to clear for the weekend, with highs in the lower 60s and lows in the upper 30s Saturday and Sunday. Windy conditions are expected Saturday, with 15-30 mph breezes.

Clouds are expected to move in Sunday night, bringing likely rain showers Monday.
