Saturday snow forecast calling for up to 4 inches north, west of city

Forecasters are calling for a third wintry weather system to pass through Baltimore in less than a week to drop 1-2 inches across Baltimore and areas close to the water, with 2-4 inches further inland, according to the National Weather Service.
