Partly cloudy skies, highs nearing 90 forecast Thursday

Partly cloudy skies and highs in the upper 80s are forecast on a muggy Thursday.

The morning was forecast to start off muggy and balmy, with overnight lows possibly not falling below 70 degrees. Dew points are forecast in the upper 60s, making the air feel sticky and moist. Some showers could linger into the early morning hours.

A 10 mph northwesterly breeze is expected throughout the day.

The humidity is forecast to drop significantly on Friday, with partly cloudy skies and highs in the mid-80s.

Moderate humidity and highs in the lower- to mid-80s are forecast for the weekend. Slight storm chances are forecast both Saturday and Sunday.
