Cloudy skies and temperatures in the 60s and 70s are forecast for an unseasonably warm Halloween on Thursday in the Baltimore area.

Overnight lows were forecast in the 50s. Patchy fog was expected in the early morning hours.

A strong southerly wind was forecast to keep things relatively humid and mild throughout the day. Highs are forecast in the lower 70s, with a 15-20 mph breeze.

Rain showers are expected to hold off until late Thursday evening into Friday. Showers are expected to continue into Friday afternoon, with highs again in the lower 70s.

Partly to mostly cloudy skies are forecast for the weekend, with highs in the upper 60s Saturday and the mid-50s Sunday.
