Patchy fog is forecast to start the day Wednesday in the Baltimore area, with cloudy skies and highs around 60 degrees in the afternoon.
Morning lows were forecast in the lower to mid-40s. Patchy fog was expected through the early morning hours.
Showers are expected to move in overnight, with rain possible throughout the day Thursday. Windy conditions are expected Thursday, with breezes of 10-20 mph, and highs are forecast in the lower 60s.
Beyond the rainy system, cooler temperatures are forecast to return, with highs in the 50s and lows in the upper 30s to lower 40s from late Thursday through the weekend.
