Front to bring cold air, some snow flakes Tuesday

Be sure to bundle up Tuesday even if you don't need snow boots or a shovel. A strong cold front is coming to the area overnight into Tuesday, lowering temperatures to the low 40s on Tuesday with a slight chance of snow flakes.

Here are some forecast breakdowns:

National Weather Service:  30% chance of rain and snow showers before 10 a.m. Tuesday. Chance of flurries between 10 a.m.-1 p.m. High 42. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

AccuWeather: 60% chance of rain and snow in the morning: Rain: 0.04 inch; snow: 0.02 inch. High 43 but will feel like 33.

Eric the Red: The snow will develop during the morning and last for an hour or two. By mid-day, it'll all be over ... and we'll be left with windy, cold conditions.
