Photos: Stylish in the snow
Baltimore's die-hard fashionistas managed to stay stylish as they bundled up during the February 2010 blizzards. At Canton Square, fashionable residents protected themselves from the elements with panache, and they seemed to agree: Looking good makes you feel good. As pharmaceutical sales representative Heather Ann Price put it, "I don't feel normal if I'm not dressing up -- in a blizzard or any other situation."
