Traffic along heavily traveled Interstate 70 near Hagerstown was disrupted for about three hours yesterday afternoon when a box-trailer overturned, spilling paint and paint thinner onto the road and into a culvert, authorities said. No injuries were reported.
A crew from the Maryland Department of the Environment found no damage to water sources, a spokesman said.
The accident is being investigated by police and MDE officials.
