CrossFit Endurance will hold an exposition at the OC Market Place between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Saturday.

Timothy Ferriss, author of the "The 4-Hour Workweek," will be on hand to sign copies of his book, which was written for entrepreneurs who want to be able to manage their time effectively while focusing on the bottom line.

The key, writes Ferriss, is to reign in the long hours that you put in the office and learn how to become more mobile. It was something he figured out while on a 15-month trek throughout the country, where the bottom line to his business actually increased 30% while he was away from the office.

CrossFit Endurance is specifically geared toward endurance athletes who want to make great strides and improvement but have hit a plateau.

According to its philosophy, repetition is the enemy of working out and trying to stay fit.
