Hoping to defend their title as a fashion forward school, students from Corona del Mar High School will
compete in Hurley's fifth annual "Walk the Walk" competition at 6 p.m. Thursday on the south side of the Huntington Beach Pier.
The national competition pits five schools against one another in a five-minute "Project Runway"-esque fashion show on the beach during the U.S. Open of Surfing. The grand prize is $25,000.
CdM won last year.
The competition is hosted by actors Vanessa Hudgens and Tristan Wilds, and Victoria's Secret model Marisa Miller will be a judge.
