Honorable mention for this week's Reader SunShot series "Sunset in the City" goes to Robert Hennessy for his picture of a statue of Charles de Gaulle, former President of France, taken in Paris. Here is a critique by Baltimore Sun director of photography Robert Hamilton. "Sometimes a simple and clean look works best for a photograph. In this case the photographer had a beautiful sky for a background. Rather than detract from that he used the statue to provide a singular focal point to attract the reader and the sky provides the drama."
