Moving Water winner

The winner of this week's SunShots series "Moving Water" goes to Tim Shelton for his picture of a waterfall at Watkins Glen, N.Y. The photo was taken with a Canon EOS 1000D camera. Here is a critique by director of photography Robert K. Hamilton: "This picture is a thing of beauty. There were a number of waterfall pictures in this category, but this one stood out. The photographer executed the picture perfectly using a slow shutter speed to accentuate the flow of the water, while still holding detail in the shadows of the rocks. Plus, the composition is spot on stacking the two waterfalls, which gives the image a sense of depth."
