The Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation held a ribbon-cutting ceremony today for the new Youth Development Park next to the CC Jackson Recreation Center at 4910 Park Heights Ave. Baltimore Ravens players tossed balls and guided children in a football clinic after the ribbon- cutting. Mayor Stephanie Rawlings Blake , Cal Ripken, Jr. and Dick Cass spoke at the event.
