3. Say what you will about Cam Cameron, but he's getting better at exploiting other teams individual weaknesses.

( Baltimore Sun photo by Gene Sweeney Jr. / September 18, 2011 ) We all know Cameron has been under a ton of pressure this season. He's been barbecued on message boards, on blogs, on talk radio and in the pages of The Sun. Some games, I think it's warranted, and other games, I think people blame him just because he makes a convenient and easy scapegoat. |

Add / View comments | Discussion FAQif he would just stop using the "jumbo" package where we always get stuffed and have to kick field goals and just one time go out, use the shotgun where joe is more comfortable and try to take it to teams instead of waiting until the end and use the shotgun to move the ball. we seem to never want to go out and dominate offensively from the get go and put teams away, instead playing the conservative, lets keep it close and see what happens. in the past, i didnt think we had the players but now we do!!!
Hmmm... Flacco is making almost every throw on third down, with the pressure on and Heinz Field at its loudest, yet the most of the fourth quarter drives seemed to feature two runs and one e pass every set. I don't think the pressure ever should have been on for the last drive had Flacco been allowed to let loose for the few drives before that. He was hot, Rice was not, yet Cameron kept going to the run, why wasn't the mix pass-pass-run?

Okay...I shall say what I will about Cam Cameron: He does NOT do what a good OC is supposed to do. He does NOT exploit defenses consistently. He does NOT take propoer advantage of Joe's strengths. He does NOT properly utilize the talent he has on hand. The offense wins IN SPITE OF, not because of, Cam Cameron. And he has to be gone at the end of the season.
You want to continue to suck up to him, and prove you're nothing more than an extension of the Ravens PR dept? Fine. Say what you will.
In the meantime, fans who actually know what's obvious, and aren't afraid to state it, shall continue to do so.
