Japanese Prime Minister visits

The airplane carrying <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO000001" title="Japan" href="/topic/international/japan-PLGEO000001.topic">Japan's</a> Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda flies U.S. and Japanese flags as it arrives at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. Noda will meet U.S. President Barack Obama on Monday, just days after the two countries announced a revised agreement on streamlining the <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="ORGOV000021106" title="U.S. Military" href="/topic/unrest-conflicts-war/defense/u.s.-military-ORGOV000021106.topic">U.S. military</a> presence on Okinawa.
