Parvin Ahmadinejad, sister of Iranian <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PERLL001899" title="Mahmoud Ahmadinejad" href="/topic/politics/government/mahmoud-ahmadinejad-PERLL001899.topic">President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad</a>, is seen as she registers as a candidate for <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO0000011" title="Iran" href="/topic/international/iran-PLGEO0000011.topic">Iran's</a> 2012 parliamentary election in the Interior Ministry building in Tehran. Candidates began registering last Saturday for Iran's parliamentary elections in March, the first litmus test of the clerical establishment's popularity since the 2009 disputed presidential vote.
