( Amy Davis, Baltimore Sun / February 26, 2013 ) Major Frank Lioi, second from left, Maryland State Police Commander of Aviation Command, greets the crew that arrived from Philaldephia on one of the first two new Agusta Westland AW139 Maryland State Police medivac helicopters. Two of the six new choppers arrived this morning at the MSP hangar (near Martin State Airport), and represent a major upgrade on the older models they are replacing. |
