Arrests in Baltimore for illegal guns often lead to dropped charges or little jail time


Earlean P. Burns, center, sings during the 11am Worship Service led by her husband, Emmett C. Burns, Jr., a Maryland Delegate and Pastor of Rising Sun First Baptist Church. He included a tribute to Nelson Mandela, former president of South Africa, who was laid to rest today in his boyhood village of Qunu, South Africa. Burns was arrested during the anti-apartheid movement in America as well as while fighting for civil rights in Jackson, Mississippi in the sixties.
