Jack Scarbath, left, and Bill Pare worked to raise money to help restore the St. Patrick's Chapel. St. Patrick's Chapel, a simple frame church, built nearly 200 years ago in Cecil County by Irish railroad workers, has been restored and will be rededicated Saturday. Volunteers raised about $200,000 to complete the restoration of the wooden chapel.
