St. Patrick's Chapel

St. Patrick's Chapel, a simple frame church, built nearly 200 years ago in Cecil County by Irish railroad workers, has been restored and will be rededicated Saturday. Volunteers raised about $200,000 to complete the restoration of the wooden chapel.
