Mary Edith Flynn, <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100100612040000" title="Ellicott City" href="/topic/us/maryland/howard-county/ellicott-city-PLGEO100100612040000.topic">Ellicott City</a>, holds a dishpan with some items she washed out as her husband, Neil Flynn, fills a container with water (he wanted to make sure everyone knew the container never held gasoline and has always been used for water) in a bathhouse in the Assateague State Park campground. The couple has decided to stay put in their RV tonight. <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="EVHST0000253" title="Hurricane Earl (2010)" href="/topic/disasters-accidents/meteorological-disasters/hurricanes-tropical-storms/hurricane-earl-%282010%29-EVHST0000253.topic">Hurricane Earl</a> is not expected to significantly impact the area.
