Bobbie Hawkins, 67, from Parkville, gets in the spirit of two holidays at the 40th Annual Mayor's Christmas Parade was held in Hampden today. It began at Poly/Western High Schools, crossed Cold Spring Lane, continued south on Falls Rd. to 36th St. then turned north on Chestnut Ave. and ended at 37th St.
