Survival suits

The US Navy has decided to move the USNS Comfort from its berth in Canton to naval facilities in <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100101185020000" title="Norfolk (Norfolk, Virginia)" href="/topic/us/virginia/norfolk-county/norfolk-%28norfolk-virginia%29-PLGEO100101185020000.topic">Norfolk</a>, VA, which will save the navy about $2 million per year.
