( Amy Davis, Baltimore Sun / August 16, 2012 ) Casa de Maryland legal director Enid Gonzalez offers instructions to applicants. Hundreds lined up outside of Casa de Maryland in East Baltimore to get assistance in filling out applications to take advantage of the Dream Act, which the children of illegal immigrants hope will make college and work opportunities possible. Volunteers were on hand to help with the outreach program, which will be held in Baltimore on Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. |
