Receiving medals

Karen Pohl places a double medal around the neck of Bob Pohl, her husband. On right, Matt Hurff, their son-in-law, brought it to a reunion of Pohl and several people who helped to save his life. Bob, a half-marathoner in the <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="EVSPR000040" title="Baltimore Running Festival" href="/topic/sports/track-field/baltimore-running-festival-EVSPR000040.topic">Baltimore Marathon</a>, collapsed about 200 feet from the finish line from cardiac arrest. The medal is for those who complete the Frederick and Baltimore marathons.
