Gas goes up

Paul Jeanes, 34, of Hampden, fills his gas tank. He was at a BP station in the 2200 block of N. Howard Street, where the price of regular was $3.62. Gasoline prices are predicted to rise above $4 per gallon, due to rising demand in developing nations and turmoil in the Middle East.
