Bealefeld, III</a> greets Hattie Gross, age 89, on his walk in a community in the Eastern District (on Chester, Duncan Castle, McElderry, Jefferson, Madiera, Orleans Patterson and Fayette Sts.) Hattie Gross is the grandmother to Cynthia Gross (not pictured) who complained to the Commissioner last year about police being rough with neighborhood citizens. Since then, the commissioner and Cynthia Gross have worked together to improve police and community relations.
