( Chestertown Police photo ) The news: Kevin Walsh, dressed as Frosty the Snowman for the Chestertown Christmas parade, got arrested after he allegedly tried to kick a police dog and hit an officer. He was booked in costume. Police say this was his fifth arrest this year for various offenses that officers say rank him as a town nuisance. Our take: At least he didn't run here and there all around the square screaming 'catch me if you can' and thus open himself up to charges of resisting arrest... |
