Court of Appeals needsd to make new eyewitness rules

Eyewitness testimony is much less accurate than we might like to admit. That's why New Jersey's highest court, a leader in criminal justice issues, recently enacted new rules allowing defendants greater latitude in challenging it. Maryland needs to do the same, and to impose new restrictions on how police lineups are used. |
