Wilson offers 'out of the box' solutions for District 35 voters [Letter]

I am shocked by your lack of information regarding the GOP Senate primary race in District 35. You completely dismissed the candidacy of Thomas Wilson, who is running against incumbent Wayne Norman ("Harford endorsements," June 17).

Mr. Wilson has been politically active for decades, having served on the Republican Central Committee, the Social Services oversight committee for Cecil County and as a volunteer reserve officer for the Department of Natural Resources Police.

If you are going to throw your support to a candidate, doesn't it behoove you to be informed about their political and community involvement?

Mr. Wilson has "out of the box" solutions to many of the issues we are facing, both locally and on the state level. While Mr. Norman may be the more familiar face and have better funding, Mr. Wilson has real answers for our state.
