The secret to beating speed cameras

To help out state Del. Jill Carter, here's a hint for all the elderly ladies in her district to keep from getting speed camera tickets ("Speed cameras yield $19.2 million," Sept. 12). Don't speed. It's a secret, so don't tell anyone else.
