Snowplow drivers home watching Ravens? [Letter]

So where were the snowplows and salt trucks last Sunday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., especially in Harford County and northeast Baltimore County? Major roads like Route 152, Bel Air Road, Jerusalem Road and all others were completely untouched and treacherous!

Oh, that's right, all the drivers were in their Ravens Snuggies waiting for the game. What a shameful lack of response! (I won't even focus on the fact that the weather reporters got the storm completely wrong by predicting a mere 1-to-2 inches that quickly was adjusted to 3-to-5 inches — and still no plows!)

Let's hope they get with it.

Mary Healy, Kingsville
