In BSO case, what constitutes harassment?

If a man asks a woman to have sex and she refuses and he accepts the refusal, that is not sexual harassment. If I had been there when the "battered broad" comment was made, I would have laughed (“‘Unprofessional and distasteful’: Details of Baltimore Symphony’s sexual harassment investigation test its image,” Sept. 21). I would not have considered it to be sexual harassment but someone trying to be funny.

Although I believe real sexual harassment should be dealt with very seriously, in some cases these days some people are going much too far in trying to be included in the #MeToo movement and, in doing so, can ruin a person's life and reputation.
