A sign of change in Maryland [Letter]

Executive BranchGovernmentMartin O'Malley

As we will have a new governor at the beginning of next year, I hope that person, whoever he or she may be, considers instead of replacing Gov. Martin O'Malley's name on all of our road signs, at taxpayer expense, simply removing them. If the new governor-elect decides to install his or her name on our signs for Maryland's roads and bridges, perhaps he or she could let us know what that piece of egotism and campaigning costs us.

Mike Johnson, Easton
