Nice to see the grinning governor back to the political deals that made Maryland infamous.

If he could only find ONE Program to cut during these grand times, the King of the Public Mansion could compete with Joe Biden for 2016.

I agree. If you watch him, his expressions and movements when he talks are like Benito Mussolini.
