Obama should be impeached for his remarks on the George Zimmerman trial

Although I am plus or minus 35 days short of my 92nd birthday, I have never, ever written a letter to the editor of The Sun. I am a loving Eurasian parent of an equally loving couple of a "mixed" marriage. I am appalled by the remarks directed to the "folks" of the "United" States of America by President Barack Obama. Rather than accepting a decision by the jury in the trial of George Zimmerman, he has weighed in by attempting to incite the entire nation toward rioting ("President Obama speaks personally on Martin case and race in America," July 20).

In my humble opinion, President Obama should be impeached for his entrance in this trial or at the very least resign from the office of the President of the United States.

Seeking 15 minutes of fame, if all of your primary obligations are met, is fine. Does not Baltimore Council member Nick Mosby have any serious problems in his district to solve ("Councilman wants Baltimore to boycott Florida after Zimmerman trial," Aug. 9)?
