Robert L. Ehrlich Jr.'s predictable criticism of all-things-Obama now focuses on the president's alleged weakness in foreign policy ("Obama, played for a fool," May 4.)
Whether it's Russia's Vladimir Putin, Syria's Bashar Assad or Iran's Hassan Rouhani, President Barack Obama is faulted for failing to back up his words with actions.
It would be helpful if Mr. Ehrlich could specify the actions he would have Mr. Obama employ to deal with the seemingly intractable problems posed by all the world's bad actors.
Otherwise, his critique fails for the very reasons he attacks the president: All words, no actions.
