Ehrlich's missing news item [Letter]

Robert L. Ehrlich Jr.Executive BranchGovernment

Space considerations may have been responsible for the deletion of the final item in former Gov. Robert L. Ehrlich Jr.'s "news of the future column" in The Sun ("The news of the future," July 27). Here it is now in its entirety:

A confidant was quoted as saying, 'We just thought that was the way he was. We simply thought he couldn't help it.'

"Mr. Ehrlich is recuperating at home and will soon be back in the political arena as a presidential campaign adviser to candidate Hillary Clinton."
