Obama lawsuit is overdue [Letter]

President Barack Obama believes he has the power to ignore our Constitution, rewrite our laws and act like a monarch ("The 'Get Obama' show goes on," July 22).

Our form of government has a system of separation of powers which the Obama administration failed to follow. This is a matter of protecting our Constitution. However, the Democrats in Washington continue to politicize this serious issue.

We need to make some changes in the November election to vote these liberals out of the U.S. Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives as well. House Speaker John Boehner's lawsuit is long overdue and should proceed as soon as possible.
