Misplaced trust in Flacco [Letter]

Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco was awarded a $120.6 million contract after winning the Super Bowl. Other players were asked to take pay cuts because Mr. Flacco alone won the game, and their hard work and talent didn't count.

And when the players refused to admit this and left, of course it made no difference because Mr. Flacco is the whole team!

The fact we went from winning a Super Bowl to not even making the playoffs had nothing to do with taking apart the winning roster. All they needed was Mr. Flacco on the field by himself!
