I realize Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown is now trying his darnedest not to be seen anywhere near the disastrous roll out of the Maryland health exchange, even though he was supposed to be the lead person on it ("A Democrat who can't vote for Brown," April 14). I tried to think of a few good things he's done as lieutenant governor but couldn't come up with anything. Then I tried coming up with anything he's done as lieutenant governor. Still nada.
Then for the past few days, I've seen quite a few TV ads in which the lieutenant governor talks about a child it would seem he's adopted. That's a good and admirable thing to do, but I get the impression that's all he has going for himself to promote as a positive image in his campaign. I think it would be helpful if he could present us with some accomplishments other than adopting this young man.
