Harassment on abortion is wrong, no matter which side you're on

I say the following as someone who supports the pro-life position.

Harassing individuals who are pro-choice and particularly their children is outrageous. It is unequivocally wrong to target Todd Stave through fliers comparing him to Nazis; advertising his private phone number; and doing so where he lives and where his daughter goes to school. Pro-life organizations who are unwilling to vociferously denounce these tactics are an embarrassment to the pro-life cause.

On the other hand, The Sun didn't report how Mr. Stave is fighting back. According to the article, Mr. Stave won't say how he finds the personal information of pro-life supporters that his group calls. It also failed to provide any information on the content or tone of these phone calls, emails and Facebook comments. From this article, it is impossible to know if Mr. Stave is using similar tactics or not to fight back. The Sun was negligent in its responsibility to research and report this relevant information to its readers.

The Sun continues to usher in this age of universal deceit with its editorial "GOP's never-ending war on women" (Aug. 4). Is it not glaringly obvious that the "little women" being savaged by Planned Parenthood's practice meet your standards of "war?" It is unreasonable to suggest, as members of...

Needed: An honest conversation about abortion

As Americans celebrate and reflect on the Supreme Court's landmark Roe v. This is why conservatives want to de-fund Planned Parenthood

Having read The Sun's recent editorial on the "GOP's never-ending war on women" (August 5), what I really glean The Sun's never ending war on Republicans in general and conservatives in particular. The editorial attempts to connect the pro-life movement's opposition to funding Planned Parenthood...

Never mind that federal funds can't legally be spent on abortions except in rare cases. Never mind that abortion services...
