Maryland Dream Act

Maryland's version of the Dream Act -- which allows immigrants without legal status in the United States to attend pay in-state tuition at Maryland's colleges and universities under certain conditions -- was passed by the legislature in 2011 and validated by voters in 2012. Students were able to take advantage of it this fall.
