Give all voters a national primary
Now, more than ever, is the time to get the wheels in motion for this country to hold a national primary election day.
Since we live in a society in which the media insist upon making the news and not just reporting it, the only way to get a fair and accurate assessment of whom our citizens want to see on the ballot for the general presidential election in November is to let everyone around the country vote on the same day.
That would force every voter to really learn the issues, rather than wait to see which way the pendulum is swinging on the day his or her state votes.
Most important, it would eliminate all of the bickering and speculation about who should concede before all the states in the union have even had a chance to have their voices heard.
