Maryland's gambling hypocrites

Just a few years ago, Gov. Martin O'Malley and the dim bulbs in Annapolis said that using gambling money for funding education was "morally bankrupt." Where is their "moral superiority" now? They are now fighting over the millions of dollars to fund education (and the teachers' pension fund) at the local and state level.
